I will help you on the road to rediscovering your desires and passions through exploration of your human design, multiple brains integration techniques, a personalised ritual session to help reconnect you to the power of your voice and guided meditation. Rest Awhile and reconnect to your own wild nature. I help you to find the compassion and courage you need to share your truest self with your people and the world.

Using a combination of living wisdom gained from your birth data (place, time and location), along with guidance from the spirit of the dandelions, I hold the space for you to reconnect and reignite the embers of your soul calling.

Quantum leap energy is in the air and a world governed by love, forgiveness and freedom is not a dream, it is the next stage of our evolution and it requires each of us to unlock the higher purpose hidden within our DNA (Richard Rudd, Gene Keys).

My voice, devotion and magic will help ignite the spark within you and set you on course to experience your highest expression of compassion, courage and creativity.

In Human Design, I’m an Emotional Manifesting Generator 5/2 – discovering this has been life-changing for me. It’s helped me soften, trust myself more deeply, and honour the way I naturally flow through life.

Part of that means I thrive with spaciousness in my week. I’m here to respond to what lights me up, to follow the joy, and to pour my energy into the things that truly feel alive. That’s how I create my most resonant work - and how I stay well, too.

My previous company was called Movement Foundations and I worked in a college with teenagers and young adults with neuro divergence and special educational needs, guiding them to calm and nurture their nervous systems through breath and movement techniques.
