By joining The Turning Wheel, you are committing to a year-long reflective and relational journey.

Because spaces are intentionally limited and held with care, all payments are non-refundable once the journey has begun.

If you choose the monthly payment option, you are committing to the full 12-month payment plan regardless of attendance or level of participation.

Should unexpected life circumstances arise, payment pauses or alternative arrangements may be discussed compassionately on a case-by-case basis.

Sessions may be rescheduled with adequate notice where possible, though missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

This space is designed for reflection, companionship, creativity, and authentic connection. It is not therapy, crisis support, or a substitute for professional mental health care.

By joining, participants agree to contribute respectfully to the safety, confidentiality, and integrity of the shared community spaces.
