A gentle, soulful space to come home to yourself.

Whether you’ve been stretched beyond your boundaries lately, are feeling tender, or are simply sensing it’s time to pause - this evening is an invitation to soften back into your body, your voice, and your truth.

Together, we’ll move through:

✨ Grounding movement to reconnect with your body
✨ Breathwork to re-energise, release and replenish
✨ Voicework to awaken your authentic self
✨ Magic in the Moment - Tarot & Oracle guidance
✨ Gentle journaling and integration

There’s no pressure to perform - just a softly held space to return to you.

You’ll leave feeling more centred, resourced, and in tune with your inner knowing.


Come as you are. Wear your Pjs if you want to, light a candle and bring a mug of your favourite tea or cacao. 
If you sign up and are unable to join live, you will receive the recorded replay after.

There’s no right or wrong way to move during these movement meditation sessions; just do what you can I want you to enjoy it and allow spirit to move you!


Everyone is welcome to these movement and meditation sessions. There is always a free trial available. 


These regular online hang outs offer insights into improving your quality of life through movement.

Guided by Emily's heart, these sessions draw inspiration from sensation exploration, fascia-informed research, Pilates, animal movements, meditation, and mBIT coaching. They foster a kind and non-judgmental inner voice, not just during movement sessions, but to invite along with you on your life adventures.


The sessions blend my intellectual and intuitive understanding of the body, developed through years of experience as a movement educator. This is a gentle movement practice that enhances your overall body function.


Each session includes somatic and breath techniques to calm and tone your nervous system, footwork to improve balance and movements to strengthen and energise your body, mind and soul.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, she blends Pilates, fascia-focused movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support clients of all levels—whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve strength and flexibility.
